Below are lists providing you with an overview of what I mean by "I undertake all aspects of plastering".
I have only ever attended two formal years of plastering training. However, I have been fortunate enough to have worked with some of the most skilled, efficient and competent plasterers and other tradesmen.
I have also had the privilege of teaching two apprentices in my time, both of whom passed their qualifications with distinctions and merits. One of them even achieved second place in the Southern Areas apprentices competition.
"Over the years I've picked up some of the best
procedures and practices in the book – and
some tricks that are not."
Having worked in a number of different period style properties, I've encountered numerous ways of getting over pretty much any plastering problem - such as the blown plaster scenario depicted, in four stages, in the images above.
But even after all these years in the game, I'm proud to say I still get a great deal of satisfaction turning a challenging room, which is in a bad state of repair, into a high quality finished space.
